All bets placed on the betsat sportsbook are subject to these Terms and to the specific sport and market rules published within the betsat sportsbook interface. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific market rules, the specific market rules shall prevail.
A bet is not confirmed until betsat issues a bet reference number and the bet appears in your "My Bets" history. betsat reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error in pricing.
betsat reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that resulted from a manifest error, including typographical errors, system errors, or pricing errors that resulted in odds materially inconsistent with the prevailing market at the time of bet placement. betsat will notify affected players and refund the original stake where a bet is voided under this provision.
In-play (live) betting is subject to additional latency and integrity conditions. Bets placed after the outcome of a live event has been determined but before the betsat system has recorded that outcome may be voided. betsat's determination as to the timing of event outcomes is final and binding.
betsat encourages players to set personal betting limits. Tools to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and loss limits are available within the betsat account settings immediately after login. betsat may impose betting limits on accounts at its discretion, including accounts that display patterns consistent with professional or syndicate betting activity.

Upon account closure, betsat will return the verified account balance to the player via the original payment method, subject to deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations, fraud investigation holds, or fees permitted under these Terms. betsat is not obligated to return funds where the account is closed due to confirmed fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms.
Players may voluntarily close their betsat account at any time by contacting betsat support. Voluntary account closure does not entitle the player to any special treatment with regard to outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal timelines.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betsat's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the betsat platform, or any transaction conducted through betsat shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their betsat account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
